Terms of Service
General
• When your commission is accepted, or you are putting an order in ko-fi, I will require good quality references of your character. If you are commissioning your WoW character who has no prior art, please take screenshots of the front, sides and back of your character or send your wowhead dressing room link.
• I do not accept long written descriptions. Please do your best to find as many references as possible for outfit, features, hairstyles, etc. Short written descriptions are perfectly fine.
• I also do not accept AI references. Any AI references will result in an immediate refusal of your commission.
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
• Commissioned work is to only be used for personal use and may not be used for commercial use.(This does not include use on Twitch or other streaming sites.)
• I retain the rights to the finished commission to include in my portfolio and post on social media.
• You may not draw on, edit or colour any of my work(whether it be rough sketches, lines or finished pieces.) without explicit permission.
• General commission wait time is between 3-8 weeks. This time frame may vary, but I will message you and/or put notices in my Trello if interruptions occur.
• If you have a set deadline, I do offer a rush order/priority fee.
• You are more than welcome to message me about the progress of your commission.
Payment
• I take payment through Paypal, VGen Payment(Stripe), Ko-fi and World of Warcraft gold only.
• I cannot offer Cash App, Venmo, etc as these are not available in my country. (AUS)
• For large commissions($100 and over) payments can be made in a 50/50 installment.
• I will not start your commission until full payment is made.
• Full refunds can be issued during the sketching phase, however once approved and lining has begun I only offer partial refunds.
• I do not offer refunds on finished pieces.
• Charge-backs without first communicating with me will result in being blacklisted.
Will Draw
• Both fanart or OCs. (WoW, FFXIV, D&D, etc)
• Blood, mild injuries. (Such as cuts, bruises and scars.)
• NSFW and explicit content.
• All genders. (Thought I have more experience and skill in femme characters)
Won't Draw
• Extreme injuries and gore. (Undead characters with visible bones, etc are fine)
• Certain fetishes. (eg, scat, inflation, vore.)
• Illegal content. (eg, bestiality, pedophilia.)
• Underage characters.
• Furries or mecha. (Skill issue)
• Real people without their consent.
Process
• Character change of mind are accepted for free if the commission has not been started. If, for any reason, you would like to change your selected character after I have started, it will incur a $15 fee to make up for time spent.
• After I have begun your commission, you will receive a rough sketch from me. This is the time where I will allow as many changes as you like. Please use this time to make sure you are happy with the pose, composition and general look of the commission.
• After the rough sketch, you will receive line art. I will only allow one or two small changes during this phase. Any major changes such as posing, hair styles, outfits, etc will not be possible.
NOTE: YCHs are an exception to this, as I will generally skip the sketch phase and send lines. Bigger changes can be made on YCH lines.
• The third WIP you will receive will have colours placed. This is where you can ask to have any colours fixed or adjusted.
• After the colours have been confirmed, the piece will be cleaned up and delivered. No changes at this point.
• If I do not receive any response in two weeks(14 days) I will label the commission as completed and will not continue it further.An example of the commission process is posted below:

I'll be offering something a little different this month: Weapons and items for your character!
From swords and staves to hair brushes and pocket watches I'll help you design an item for your character.Pricing:
Large weapons (Eg swords, spears, staves) - 125k
Small weapons (Eg wands, daggers) - 100k
Small items (Eg hair brushes/pins, tomes, trinkets) - 75k
All will be lined, coloured and shaded like my usual work!Not sure what price your item would be considered? Feel free to DM me before CAE or whisper me during the event and we can give it a sniff together!Restrictions: No guns (idk how to draw those very well)
